What is the typical turnaround time?

Our standard Gold Package turnaround is 14 days. However, the Diamond Package offers priority rush processing (3-5 days) for urgent exploration decisions.

How should I package my samples for shipping?

Samples must be in a form of powder 100 grams and clearly labeled with markers (SampleID, Name, and Formation).

Do you store the residues?

Yes. For all packages (including Sieved), we store washed residues to be sent back.
